    A cadastral mapping is a map which provides detailed information about real property within a specific area.

    A simple example of a cadastral map might be a map of a village which shows the boundaries of all of the parcels or lots within the village, although cadastral maps can show other types of areas as well.

  • GPS Control Surveys

    The Global Positioning System (GPS) surveys is a space-based global navigation satellite system (GNSS) that provides location and information in all weather.

    It provides accurate positioning anywhere on earth, where there is an unobstructed line of sight to the GPS satellites.

  • Surveyor's ID Reports

    A Surveyor's ID Report is carried out on a property to determine whether building encroachments have been made on a boundary or neighbouring property.

  • Topographic Surveys

    Topographic surveys gather survey data about the natural and man-made features of the land, as well as its elevations.

    From this information a three-dimensional map may be prepared.
